1. Support Availability

We offer support Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (local time), excluding major holidays.

All inquiries will be responded to within 48 business hours. Our goal is to resolve most issues within 3 business days, depending on complexity.

  • Your device type and Android version

  • App version (found in Settings > About)

  • A description of the issue or question

  • Screenshots or screen recordings (if applicable)


3. Types of Support We Offer

We provide support for:

We do not provide support for:

  • Issues related to your device, network, or third-party software

  • Inquiries outside the app’s scope or terms of use

Transitbb receives regular updates to improve performance and security. We recommend keeping your app updated for the best experience. If support identifies an issue that requires a patch, we will prioritize it in future updates.

6. Refunds and Purchases
